Program Purpose and Perspective:
This session gives attendees practical, law-firm-informed tips for building long-standing, client-centered pro bono relationships. Panelists will share how firms evaluate matters, prepare volunteers, communicate with LSO partners, and sustain engagement over time. The goal is to help attendees leave with best practices, tools, and partnership habits they can use to make referrals easier to place, matters easier to support, and relationships stronger for the clients they serve.
We encourage everyone to attend, even if you are currently not working with a large firm or in a location where there isn't a large firm. Their insight will be helpful for working with any size firms and firms without a dedicated pro bono team. Additionally, some firms do pro bono in locations where they do not have an office.
